Egg Potato Roll


Ingredients

- Eggs
- bread
- Potatoes
- Green chillies
- Coriander
- Turmeric powder
- Red Chilli powder
- Lime juice
- Pepper
- Salt
- Water

Method

- Boil Patatoes and mash them
- Add green chillies (cut into small picies), Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli powder, Lime juice, Pepper, & salt to mashed patatoes and mix well
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- Dip a slice of bread in water
- place the above mixture of mashed potatoes in the bread slice and roll it well
- After rolling dip the roll in eggs deep fry
- Serve with hot with sauce
