Tawa Prawns Fry



Ingredients
  • Prawns 
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Green Chillies
  • Ginger Paste
  • Garlic Paste
  • Turmeric
  • Red Chilly powder
  • Gram Masala
  • Lime
  • Coriander
  • Salt

Method

  • Add oil to a pan & heat it
  • Add onion in a pan and fry until golden brown
  • Once the onion is golden brown add green chilliess, ginger paste and garlic paste and mix well
  • Now add turmeric, red chilly powder, garam masala & salt and mix it
  • Add prawns and some lemon juice and cook for 7-8 minutes
  • Once cooked sprinkle some coriander

Your Prawns fry is ready to serve.

Tip - Try to cook this in a heavy metal pan
