Ingredients
- Daal (I prefer mix of Toor daal and moong daal)
- Spinach
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chillies
- Turmeric
- Red Chilly powder
- Salt
- Cumin
- Oil
- Pressure cook daal in salt and turmeric
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add cumin, chillies, finely chopped garlic, ginger & onion
- Cover it for a couple of min and let it cook
- Add spinach to the pan and little salt and mix well. Let it cook for around 5 mins
- Now add turmeric, chilly powder and mix well and cook for some time
- Add hot water and let it boil
- Now add daal to the pan and let it boil
Your daal is ready.
