Ingredients
- Prawns
- Oil
- Onion
- Green Chillies
- Ginger Paste
- Garlic Paste
- Turmeric
- Red Chilly powder
- Gram Masala
- Lime
- Coriander
- Salt
Method
- Add oil to a pan & heat it
- Add onion in a pan and fry until golden brown
- Once the onion is golden brown add green chilliess, ginger paste and garlic paste and mix well
- Now add turmeric, red chilly powder, garam masala & salt and mix it
- Add prawns and some lemon juice and cook for 7-8 minutes
- Once cooked sprinkle some coriander
Your Prawns fry is ready to serve.
Tip - Try to cook this in a heavy metal pan
