Ingredients
- Boiled potato
- Sweet corn
- Cabbage
- Onion
- Cheese
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
- Pepper
Method
- Smash/Grate Boiled potato
- Add chilli powder pinch of salt and Smash again
- Take a slice of bread & spread the above mixture
- Place another slice of bread on top
- Place slices of onion, cabbage & swwet corn
- Spread grated cheese on top
- Add pinch of salt & pepper
- Place another slice of bread on top
Grill and serve with sauce.

Half fry toast
Ingredients
- Egg
- Bread Slices
- Salt & Red chilli Powder
- Oil/Butter
Method
- Heat a pan
- Add some oil or butter
- Break egg in the pan
- Spread some salt and Red chilli powder on the egg
- Place a bread slice on top the the half fried egg
- Once you feel that the egg has turned a bit brownish at the bottom turn to toast the bread
Serve hot for breakfast or snacks

Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
- Boiled egg
- Bread slices
- Mayonise
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Grate boiled eggs
- Mix grated eggs, Mayonise
- Add pinch of salt & pepper to taste
- Spread the above mixture on bread slices
Grill and serve hot with Sauce
Note - Pepper can spoil a sandwich if the amount is not right, so if you are not sure do not add pepper. Avoid pepper specially if you are making this sandwhich for kids.

Bread Roll

Ingredients
- 2 Big Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 7-8 Bread Slices
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Green chilies (chopped)
- Red Chili powder to taste
- 1/4th tsp Garam Masala powder
- Oil for frying
Method
- Mix salt, chili powder, garam masala, green chilies and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes, mix well
- Take some water in a bowl and dip a bread slice for few seconds.
- Squeeze the water from the bread by pressing between palms gently.
- Place a tbsp potato mixture over the damp bread and roll and seal the edges of the bread in such a way that the filling does not come out from any part of the bread.
- Repeat the same process for making more rolls.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve bread rolls hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.

Cheese Roast
Ingredients
- Bread slices - 4
- Cheese ( grated ) - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Capsicum ( cut finely ) - 6 tsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Butter - as needed
- Salt - as needed
Method
- Cut green chilli finely.
- Mix milk, pepper powder, capsicum, green chilli, cheese, salt in a bowl and beat well.
- Smear butter on bread slice and spread the milk mix.
- Toast and serve hot.
