Chicken Fry (Simplest chicken recipe)




I personally love this recipe. This is easiest and the most yummiest chicken dish. You can eat it with roti, rice or just as a starter. So here we go

Ingredients
  •     Chicken (preferably boneless)
  •     Cumin seeds
  •     Onion
  •     Ginger Garlic Paste
  •     Lemon
  •     Chilly Powder
  •     Garam Masala
  •     Onion Garlic Powder
  •     Turmeric
  •     Coriander
  •     Salt to taste

Method
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add cumin seeds
  • Add chopped onion and fry them until translucent and then add a little turmeric
  • Add ginger garlic paste and stir it
  • Next up goes in Chicken. Stir it a little and cover it. Let it cook for 5 mins
  • Now add chilly powder, garam masala, onion garlic powder, stir and cover it. Cook for 8-12 mins. 
  • Sprinkle some coriander and you are done.
Your chicken is ready to serve
Note - do not add any water while cooking. That's the beauty of this dish.
