Ingredients
- Chicken Kheema/Ground Chicken
- Onion (optional)
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Lemon
- Chilly Powder
- Garam Masala
- Turmeric
- Coriander
- Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumb
Method
- Mix Chicken Kheema/Ground Chicken, finely chopped Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilly Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander & Salt
- Add lemon
- Mix everything well and make small flat tikkis (As in pic)
- Apply breadcrumb over the tikkis till they are covered
- Preheat oven to 350 deg.
- Place the tikkis in the oven and cook them for 15-17mins.
- They will turn golden brown.
OR - You could shallow fry in a pan with oil.
