Chicken Kheema Tikki


Ingredients
  • Chicken Kheema/Ground Chicken
  • Onion (optional)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Lemon
  • Chilly Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste 
  • Breadcrumb

Method
  •  Mix Chicken Kheema/Ground Chicken, finely chopped Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilly Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Black Pepper Powder, Coriander & Salt
  • Add lemon
  • Mix everything well and make small flat tikkis (As in pic)
  • Apply breadcrumb over the tikkis till they are covered
  • Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  • Place the tikkis in the oven and cook them for 15-17mins. 
  • They will turn golden brown.

    OR
  •  You could shallow fry in a pan with oil.
Serve hot to enjoy the crispy Chicken Kheema Tikki
